Dr. Sultana completed her medical graduation from Mymensingh Medical College in 2002 and later obtained her Master of Surgery (MS) in Plastic Surgery from Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) in 2016. Her dedication to excellence led her to the United States, where she pursued an intensive Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery at El Paso Cosmetic Surgery Center, Texas in 2018. During this time, she received extensive hands-on training in a wide variety of aesthetic procedures under world-renowned cosmetic surgeons.

Dr. Sultana is a Fellow and Member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and a Member of The Aesthetic Society, USA—two of the most prestigious organizations in the field of aesthetic surgery. She has represented Bangladesh in various international conferences, presenting her clinical insights and surgical innovations on aesthetic procedures.
