1. Our Obligations
At Este Medical Group, we commit to:
- Ensuring treatments are performed by fully trained and qualified Doctors and Nurses/Therapists.
- Validating that Doctors and Nurses/Therapists possess the required certifications and registrations.
- Providing safe, hygienic, and appropriate treatment environments.
- Supplying clear and sufficient information regarding all treatments.
- Determining treatment suitability and likelihood of success before commencement.
- Doing our utmost to deliver timely appointments or notify clients in advance of changes.
- Providing pre-treatment instructions as necessary.
2. Your Obligations
As a client, you agree to:
- Fully disclose all relevant medical history before each treatment session.
- Follow pre- and post-treatment care guidance provided by our staff.
- Accept that Este Medical Group is not responsible for the loss of personal items.
- Ensure children are accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times within our clinic premises.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Notify us at +880 1717-172713 at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend an appointment.
- Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice will result in forfeiture of treatments or deposits.
- Laser treatments may be declined if recent sun exposure has occurred. Please notify us 24 hours prior to advice.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to complete any required documentation.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied during your appointment; failure to do so may result in loss of appointment.
4. Deposits and Payments
- A deposit is required to confirm treatment appointments (not for initial consultations).
- Deposits contribute to the total cost and are deducted at the time of full payment.
- All deposits and single treatments must be used within 12 months of payment.
- Refunds are only granted in cases of severe medical conditions, backed by a doctor’s letter.
- Refunds will be calculated based on used sessions and attendance status.
5. Courses of Treatment
- Full payment is required upfront for treatment packages.
- All courses must be completed within 12 months (up to 24 months where clinically justified).
- Refunds are only offered for medical reasons, and deductions apply for treatments already taken or missed.
6. Our Liability
- We do not exclude liability for injury or death caused by our negligence.
- We are not liable for outcomes due to undisclosed medical conditions or economic loss from our services.
7. Complaints
- If dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please speak with the Clinic Manager or their appointed deputy as soon as possible.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE).
- You consent to the sharing of relevant data with authorized Clinicians and Technicians.
- Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
9. No Variation
Changes to these Terms require written approval and signature by the Clinic Director.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under UAE court jurisdiction.
11. Photography and Results Disclaimer
- You consent to before-and-after photographs for clinical documentation purposes.
- Photos will be securely stored in your patient records.
- Treatment outcomes are not guaranteed; results vary based on individual skin type, condition, and other factors.
